Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage professional to join our team at Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing for service, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with greeting guests and creating a positive first impression.
  • Provide detailed menu descriptions and take accurate orders.
  • Inquire about guests' experiences and make recommendations.
  • Adhere to proper cash handling procedures and communicate daily specials.
  • Participate in daily staff meetings and departmental training.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and walk/stand approximately 90% of shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Requires good communication and a thorough knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Ability to practice and adhere to all safety requirements.
