Job Overview

The Redux Group is seeking a driven and sales-focused real estate assistant agent in northern Virginia. As a Showing Partner working alongside one of the top real estate professionals in the nation, you will guide buyers through the exciting process of discovering their ideal home.

You will have the opportunity to present stunning properties throughout Northern Virginia, providing valuable insights about the market, homes, and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities may also include hosting open houses, participating in new client buyer meetings, attending closings, home inspections, and more.

To qualify for this position, you must be a licensed Realtor with experience.

Compensation: This role offers a commission-based income exceeding $70,000 (note that there is no base salary).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings, ensuring a clear understanding of buyers' specific needs to select additional homes to showcase while educating them about the market and communities.
  • Manage the entire transaction process from initiation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience and high client satisfaction.
  • Schedule and attend property inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals, and vendor appointments, as well as closings.
  • Maintain and update the Primary Agent's CRM, ensuring timely communication with clients to initiate or continue their home search, including setting appointments and responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay informed about the real estate market, local communities, and construction trends to effectively assist clients in their home-buying decisions.
  • Regularly engage in virtual team meetings and ensure the CRM is updated according to team standard operating procedures.
  • Hold an active Virginia real estate license, with additional points for possessing an MD license.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Active Virginia real estate license is required; an additional MD license is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a high-performing agent.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings, with a willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent communication skills; maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize real estate-specific software.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Confident in reaching out to potential clients via phone to set appointments.
  • Willingness to proactively seek out clients and collaborate with them alongside your lead agent.
