About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Technologist to join our team at Steward Health Care. As a key member of our EP Lab, you will play a critical role in supporting the medical staff and charge nurse in delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Function as a support technologist within the EP Lab, responsible for setting up and operating all clinical and computer equipment pertaining to the care of the patient.
  • Operate and provide technical support for electrophysiological recording systems, cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, and other equipment.
  • Provide radiation safety and monitoring, ensuring the safety of patients and staff.
  • Assist with invasive EP procedures, including scrubbing in and providing technical support.
  • Support Medical Center initiatives for performance improvement and maintain the confidentiality and security of all hospital-related data.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in a related field, with a BS in healthcare or other related degree preferred.
  • 2 years of clinical experience in electrophysiology lab or catheterization lab.
  • Massachusetts State Radiologic Technologist License and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) license required.
  • BLS & ACLS certification required.
