Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Holiday Inn KCI Airport/KCI Expo Center/Atwell Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and meet the high standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean all corridors, elevators, guest rooms, and other public areas of the hotel, including restocking room supplies and removing and replacing dirty linens.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest queries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Organize and restock the housekeeping cart at the end of each shift, and ensure that all housekeeping equipment is in good working order.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and hotel property, and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to hotel property.

  • Customer Focus: Engage with guests at all opportunities to build a level of comfort and satisfaction, and understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
