Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Assist in training and developing new Customer Service Representatives
  • Perform shift supervision and ensure store operations run smoothly
  • Complete store merchandise build-to's and receive and verify vendor deliveries
  • Assist with grocery orders and deliveries as needed
