Job Title: Senior Research and Development Engineer

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research and Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, and testing component parts, processes, or systems to develop new and/or improve core products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops product concepts and detailed designs to meet marketing and customer requirements.
  • Applies scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure the outcome and consequence of design alternatives.
  • Provides technical information for review with product engineering teams using established engineering practices, standards, and documentation methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (BS) (or Professional Engineer (PE) certificate) in an engineering discipline.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Has thorough knowledge of product area and domain and develops breadth of knowledge of industry practices, techniques, regulations, and policies.
