Triad Engineering, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician III to join our team. As an Engineering Technician III, you will be responsible for performing routine quality control test procedures, including concrete and nuclear moisture/density testing. You will also be responsible for completing and submitting daily reports and Job Hazard Analysis forms, following all corporate and job site safety procedures, and becoming familiar with applicable plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine quality control test procedures, including concrete and nuclear moisture/density testing
- Complete and submit daily reports and Job Hazard Analysis forms
- Follow all corporate and job site safety procedures
- Become familiar with applicable plans and specifications
- Notify supervisor or Project Manager immediately of problems and deviations from plans and specifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-9 years of formal industry experience required
- Construction-related training or technical training desirable
- Certifications in Concrete and Soil required
- WVDOT and WVTRET required
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Must possess the ability to read, write and perform basic math
- Must be comfortable communicating with the public
- Must be comfortable performing basic computer functions
- Must be available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environments
