Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend and execute the dealership's sales methodology
- Oversee all facets of the sales process, from client outreach to vehicle handover
- Showcase and explain vehicle inventory
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly sales metrics to dealership standards
- Stay informed about products, market developments, and certifications
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Successful completion of a drug screening
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or hospitality is a significant advantage
