Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facets of the sales process, from client outreach to vehicle handover
  • Showcase and explain vehicle inventory
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly sales metrics to dealership standards
  • Stay informed about products, market developments, and certifications
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Successful completion of a drug screening
  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or hospitality is a significant advantage
