Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at AMN Healthcare Allied. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of psychology and make a positive impact on children's lives.

About the Role
This position involves providing counseling services to students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and supporting teachers, parents, and administrators in creating a supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized education plans, and providing individual and group counseling to address emotional and behavioral issues.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and strengths
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional and behavioral issues
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive learning environment

Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
- State Certification and/or Licensure required

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a school setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and more.
