About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position offering a flexible schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to children and adolescents with mental health conditions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine the most effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal mental health and well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a psychiatry residency program approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
- Licensure to practice medicine in North Carolina.
- Board certification in psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
