About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide a world-class experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store sales volume and metrics goals
  • Assist with visual merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical demands of the role
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-obsessed mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to new programs and initiatives
