About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at PACS Inc. as a Full-Time employee. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, following their individual care plans and as directed by supervisors.
  • Use authorized abbreviations when recording information and report any changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
  • Participate in and receive the nursing report upon reporting for duty, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
  • Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as instructed by supervisors.
  • Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel and other facility staff to ensure the delivery of quality nursing services.
Requirements
  • Must possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education.
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
Work Environment

The work environment is typically low to moderate noise level. The employee must be able to sit, stand, walk, and talk, as well as use office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and telephones. May be required to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
