Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure agreed-upon project tasks are completed within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Anticipate, identify, and alert team members of opportunities, risks, or obstacles that could affect project deadlines or deliverables.
  • Be the key in-house contact for project progress, issues, reporting, and resolution.
  • Organize and lead weekly team status meetings and collaborate between departments.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 2+ years working with photography in a photo production environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of product photography (CGI background a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to summarize issues to key points and actions required.
  • Highly organized, detail and solutions-oriented yet flexible and adaptable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Understanding of or willing to learn product lighting.
  • Knowledge of CGI background preferred.
  • Effective problem-solver with good judgment.
  • Makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Possesses a positive and collaborative attitude.
