Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in fostering authentic customer connections and delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage production processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Manage business objectives, including staffing, payroll, operating expenses, and budgets.
- Facilitate the training and development of all staff members.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, sanitary environment.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service, or retail sectors.
- A Bachelor's Degree in business or hospitality management is preferred.
- Ability to operate across multiple locations.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules based on business needs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, moving, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
