Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. As a member of our exceptional team, you will have the opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of our beloved residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
  • Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents' physical and mental health to the supervising nurse.
  • Provide invaluable emotional support and engage residents in a variety of recreational activities.
  • Meticulously observe and record residents' vital signs, promptly alerting the nurse of any irregularities.
  • Create clean and organized living spaces for our cherished residents.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid CNA certification from an accredited program.
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or senior care facility.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be flexible in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have the physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
