Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
- Support individuals with mobility issues, such as transferring, walking, and using the bathroom.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their overall well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care.
- Meet the requirements for a CORI check and provide a satisfactory medical report, as outlined in our policies.
- Report to the Operations Supervisor and maintain open communication regarding any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Have a valid driver's license (if applicable).
Working Conditions:
As a Home Care Provider, you will work in clients' homes, providing one-on-one care and support. You will be required to travel to various locations, including Boston and neighboring communities.
