  4. Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their overall well-being.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care.
  7. Meet the requirements for a CORI check and provide a satisfactory medical report, as outlined in our policies.
  8. Report to the Operations Supervisor and maintain open communication regarding any concerns or issues.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Have a valid driver's license (if applicable).

Working Conditions:

As a Home Care Provider, you will work in clients' homes, providing one-on-one care and support. You will be required to travel to various locations, including Boston and neighboring communities.
