Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our pediatric clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and support, and we are looking for a professional who shares our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to pediatric clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with activities of daily living, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the clinical team
Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

Current PA CNA license in good standing with the board
Minimum one year of work experience as a CNA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
