Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at Acxiom. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of technical solutions using the Pega platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and design solutions using the Pega platform
  • Develop and implement technical solutions using the Pega platform
  • Manage customer expectations and scope by working closely with stakeholders and internal parties
  • Be a subject matter expert on the Pega Customer Decision Hub
  • Assist stakeholders and teams with understanding the capabilities of the Pega platform
  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, define, and refine requirements for the Pega platform
  • Design solutions involving the Pega platform and document them within established development processes
  • Develop documented solutions through hands-on implementation or directing other developers as necessary
  • Establish and evolve best practices for development efforts within the Pega platform
  • Provide leadership and guidance on all technical aspects of the Pega platform
  • Stay current on Pega platform features and capabilities
  • Identify risks to the platform or individual initiatives and help develop risk mitigations
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in an architect role
  • 6+ years' experience with Pega-CDH
  • 6+ years' experience documenting business problems/requirements, designing solutions, and authoring technical documentation
  • Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies
