Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server Associate to join our team at Kisco Senior Living. As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food and Beverage Service: Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that residents and guests receive excellent service and have a positive dining experience.
  • Resident Support: Greet and escort residents in all dining venues, assist with their requests, and provide support as needed to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Dining Venue Maintenance: Maintain clean and well-organized dining venues, ensuring that tables are properly set and the overall environment is welcoming and inviting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of dining experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
