Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Attorney to become a vital part of our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Family Law, DUI defense, Personal Injury Law, and Commercial Litigation. You will handle a diverse range of cases, delivering thorough legal counsel and representation to our varied clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert legal guidance in Family Law, DUI, Personal Injury Law, and Commercial Litigation.
  • Represent clients in judicial proceedings or before governmental bodies, presenting evidence to advocate for clients or pursue legal action against defendants.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements.
  • Oversee all stages of the litigation process, from investigation and pleadings to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeals.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to bolster client cases and legal opinions.
  • Negotiate settlements in civil disputes effectively.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communicate updates regarding their legal matters.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure optimal representation for our clients.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal practice, particularly in Family Law, DUI, Personal Injury Law, and Commercial Litigation.
  • Must hold a valid license to practice law and be in good standing with the state bar association.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset for sound legal decision-making.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven history of courtroom success and client satisfaction.
