Job Summary:

Highly experienced Commissioning Engineer seeks to provide process and mechanical engineering expertise during commissioning phase, ensuring facilities designed by a globally recognized brand are handed over to clients smoothly and successfully.

  • Lead commissioning and startup processes for cryogenic and gas processing equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning according to design specifications.
  • Provide process and mechanical engineering support throughout commissioning phase, including troubleshooting and problem-solving during startup activities.
  • Develop detailed operating manuals based on engineering designs to guide safe and efficient operation of facilities.
  • Engage in P&ID reviews, HAZOPs, and other critical design evaluations to ensure integrity and safety of systems.
  • Conduct independent walk-downs of Cold Boxes, skidded equipment, and entire plants, creating punch lists and ensuring all systems meet required standards before handover.
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning and startup engineering, with significant background in gas processing or cryogenic equipment industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time to various international & domestic project sites.
  • Preference for candidates based in The Woodlands, TX, but other Texas locations may be considered.
