Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Football Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting the university's football program.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on football operations. They will be responsible for coordinating game day activities, managing staff, and implementing policies to ensure the smooth operation of the football program.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate game day activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise a team of football operations staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of football operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and analyze budget reports to ensure financial sustainability.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sports management or business administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in football operations management.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with NCAA regulations and compliance requirements.
