Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support clinical software applications
  • Oversee software applications and make recommendations for new applications or changes to existing ones
  • Monitor legal and regulatory agencies for changes affecting GRHS
  • Provide timely customer service via email, telephone, or in person
  • Review future products and ensure test of changes before implementation
  • Participate in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation, communication, optimization, maintenance, testing, validation, implementation, and support of staff on application functionality
  • Carry out needed analyses either proactively or in response to user requests
  • Work with software vendors, applicable departments, and IS staff to maintain systems interfaces

Requirements:

  • Technical or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience with Cerner or other healthcare information systems preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with Windows Operating Systems preferred
  • Project Management skills preferred
  • Report writing skills preferred
