About the Role

Crisis Prevention Institute is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partnerships with approximately 8-12 large strategic client accounts.
  • Partner with sales representatives to grow managed accounts.
  • Develop and implement bi-annual strategic account plans for all assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers to document end-to-end training processes.
  • Serve as a liaison with Learning Management System (LMS) teams.
  • Update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and other systems as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three years or more of work experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with Challenger selling.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
