Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to dialysis patients and their caregivers, ensuring optimal nutritional well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for each patient
  • Provide education and counseling on nutrition and diet to patients and caregivers
  • Monitor nutritional status, laboratory values, and dialysis adequacy to determine appropriate nutrition interventions
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field
  • Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • State licensure in Maryland or the state where the facility is located
  • Minimum of two years' professional experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian
  • Preferred experience working in a dialysis setting
