We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and education to dialysis patients and their caregivers in a clinical setting.

• Assess nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for patients
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their caregivers
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• State licensure in Maryland or the state where the facility is located
• Minimum of two years' professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian
• Preferred experience working in a dialysis setting
