Nurse Supervisor RN Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor RN Night Shift to join our team at Acadia Healthcare Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff on night shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff on night shifts
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff
- Develop and implement plans of care for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Administer medications and maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse supervisor or lead nurse
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
