Contract Duration: Temporary engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems, including desktops and Point of Sale (POS) devices.
- Provide training to employees, identify and resolve product failures, and manage parts ordering and replacement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service while meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in desktop and/or deskside support.
- Prior experience in Field Service, Desktop Support, or Break/Fix roles for POS and printers.
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities coupled with excellent customer service skills.
- Possession of reliable transportation and a clean driving record is essential for this driving position.
- CompTIA A+ certification is advantageous.
