Compensation:

$55,000 - $85,000 at plan annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present potential clients with a variety of services and products offered by the company to generate interest.
  • Assess the financial needs of prospective customers through effective communication.
  • Participate in specialized training and certification programs provided by New York Life to enhance your professional skills as a Life Insurance Sales Agent.
  • Obtain industry-specific licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as required for the role.
  • Actively expand the client base by seeking new potential clients regularly.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate for this Life Insurance Sales Agent position should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to personal and professional development is essential for success in this role.
  • Responsibilities include building relationships within the community and effectively leveraging networks.
  • Maintaining high ethical standards is a fundamental expectation for this position.
  • A proven track record in the sales industry is a mandatory requirement.
  • Possessing a valid Life and Health insurance license is highly preferred.
  • Experience with a Series 6/7 license would be advantageous.
  • Being bilingual is a valuable asset for this position.
