  • Lead the installation team in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the best course of action for installation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve installation efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License with three years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions for long periods of time.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
