About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Water and International Development team at HR Wallingford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our broad and growing range of water and international development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical delivery of tasks on projects including data analysis, modelling and mapping
  • Project management tasks, including supporting with authoring technical and non-technical reports
  • Stakeholder engagement and working with partners
  • Overseas travel for short periods to conduct project delivery activities
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in environmental research or consultancy, preferably related to water resources, flooding, drainage or climate change
  • Interest in overseas working and travel
  • Experience in GIS and coding (e.g. R, Python) would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience in working on international projects would be an advantage

  • A competitive salary range of £30,000 to £42,000 (dependent on experience)
