**Job Title:** Loan Coordinator III

**Salary Range:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Loan Coordinator III. This role is responsible for supporting multiple lenders with Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Agriculture, and Residential Real Estate Loans.

**Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to complete loan applications, enter data into the loan origination system, and close loans in a timely manner.
  • Submit release documents to the loan operations department to ensure releases are processed efficiently.
  • Assist lenders in gathering required documentation to complete customer loan requests, organizing documents, and guiding parties through the loan process.

**Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a college or technical school, or 5 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to analyze, research, and interpret data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
