Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Pepper Incorporated. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely processing of branch orders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.

• Fulfill branch transfer and supply orders with precision and speed, accurately placing items into designated bins or spaces.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of warehouse inventory locations to optimize order fulfillment efficiency.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment by organizing, sweeping, and clearing walk aisles as needed.
• Perform tasks with a sense of urgency while upholding accuracy, efficiency, and safety protocols.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate may be required to perform various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Receiving and putting away incoming stock;
• Organizing material locations;
• Loading trucks;
• Conducting cycle counts and year-end inventories;

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent attendance record and reliability.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and/or wire-cutting machine.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following physical abilities:

• Regularly stand, sit, walk, use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, reach, or carry;
• Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds;
• Must be able to tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
