As a Sr. Manager, Data Services, you'll be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of our data warehouse environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our data infrastructure supports our growing business needs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for driving data-driven solutions. With 8+ years of experience in data warehousing and 3+ years in a leadership or management role, you'll lead a team of data warehouse engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000, representing the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors, including work location, experience, and performance. In addition to a competitive base salary, Care.com provides a total compensation package that includes annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives, health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
