Job Opportunity:

Dexian is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical and business groups to implement Data Management Principles
  • Develop a deep understanding of data issues to effectively communicate solutions
  • Ensure data compliance, access management, and control policies are met while adhering to data governance requirements
  • Apply data visualization and summarization techniques to analytical results
  • Communicate results clearly and concisely to peers and business partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8-10+ years Banking Industry or project management experience
  • Strong ability to multitask and engage positively with Business Partners
  • Continuous development and acquisition of new technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across multiple teams, and strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to work independently and influence for positive outcomes
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment within Corporate Treasury
  • Advanced knowledge of managing projects & deliverables as well as data management activities
  • Strong project management/business analysis knowledge and familiarity with Agile Methodology concepts
  • Strong Workstream Status Consolidation & Reporting Skills using Tableau, PPT, Vizio Flows MS Excel
  • Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects, and people
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
