Customer Solutions Center Appeals and Grievances Training Expert

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the performance of the Customer Solutions Center A&G team. As a key member of our team, you will design and conduct training sessions to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of the department.
- Conduct training sessions on customer service, product operations, and other work processes.
- Maintain documentation, including database/system updates, training agendas, sign-in sheets, etc.
- Work with key stakeholders to monitor error trends, productivity, and quality standards.
- Identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities, and recommend training/education measures to resolve issues.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years experience in Healthcare Industry.
- 3 years experience designing and conducting trainings.
- Managed Care experience Appeals & Grievances experience - preferably as Lead.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
