Job Description

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the performance of the Customer Solutions Center A&G team. As a key member of our team, you will design and conduct training sessions to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of the department.
  • Conduct training sessions on customer service, product operations, and other work processes.
  • Maintain documentation, including database/system updates, training agendas, sign-in sheets, etc.
  • Work with key stakeholders to monitor error trends, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities, and recommend training/education measures to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years experience in Healthcare Industry.
  • 3 years experience designing and conducting trainings.
  • Managed Care experience Appeals & Grievances experience - preferably as Lead.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
