Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach employees to provide outstanding client service
  • Manage client concerns and issues promptly and effectively
  • Set a positive example and maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
  • Hold team members accountable for quality client service and drive company metrics
  • Manage makery staffing levels, track stock, and maintain store conditions
  • Utilize operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide feedback to improve sales performance
Requirements
  • College education preferred, but not required
  • Management and/or sales experience required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational/planning skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs
