About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Outpatient Services team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and supervising staff activities, leading team meetings, and providing clinical direction for individual cases within our outpatient services program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide individual and group supervision to clinical staff, ensuring adherence to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Clinical Direction: Offer clinical leadership to the team, ensuring the implementation of effective treatment plans and fostering the professional development of our outpatient clinical staff.
  • Client Care: Provide direct outpatient care to clients, including medication management and cognitive-behavioral treatments to support individuals with various clinical presentations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish, collaborate, and maintain relationships with applicable Coordination Entities, Emergency Service Providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers/entities to share information and ensure that the needs of the person are fully met.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention assistance to people served through direct intervention or warm handoffs and referrals as appropriate.
  • Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of Safety Plans and Crisis Prevention and Response Plans.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Master's Degree and Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I), required. Independent licensure with 2.5+ years of licensure to supervise multiple disciplines, required.
  • Experience: Expertise in treatment of individuals with mental health disorders, including knowledge of substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment, required. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, highly desired.
