Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and positive individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our studio team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving studio growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing our unique approach to fitness
  • Work at our front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks
  • Lead studio tours, highlighting our facilities and services
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to drive studio growth
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
