- Must have a CDL with one year of OTR experience with similar equipment.
- No major FMCSA violations.
- Acceptable MVR and PSP within the last three years.
- Must be able to maintain a CDL.

- Commitment to AFW's Safety Policies and Procedures and promoting awareness.
- Able to perform vehicle pre-trips up to FMCSA standards.
- Ability to Operate Electronic Qualcomm Log System.
- Must be Willing to Chain Up During Severe Weather.
- Must be Aware of Operations on Asphalt, Concrete, and Gravel Surfaces in a hostile environment.
- Must Function and Interact with AFW Management Team on a routine basis.
- Communicate Using a Cellular Telephone with Dispatch and AFW Personnel via McLeod application.
- Ability to Work Independently of Direct Supervision.
- All training provided by AFW.
