Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team at aPriori Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will have excellent technical and business skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To define, plan and manage customer deployments from start to finish.
  • To create deployment plans and execute all aspects of projects, including solution configuration, user training, and usage mentoring.
  • To support aPriori solution configuration by modeling manufacturing facilities and understanding customer design and manufacturing environment.
  • To build expertise on aPriori software and service offerings, manufacturing cost models, and solutions configuration.
  • To direct and mentor less-senior team members in the execution of deliverables while still being accountable for the overall deployment.
  • To meet onsite with aPriori customers to provide technical expertise on how to align aPriori's software and service offerings to a customer's cost management.
  • To provide support to the sales team during the sales process in the delivery of aPriori service programs which allow prospects to confirm the financial and strategic value that aPriori can bring them prior to engaging in a full solution rollout.
  • Able and willing to travel 25-40% (majority domestic travel, Monday – Friday)

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Computer Engineering.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an engineering discipline (either full-time or combined with internship).
  • Excellent consultative communication and facilitation skills. Must be comfortable presenting to clients in-person and virtually.
  • Experience with a basic scripting language and CAD a plus.
