Responsibilities
  • Support catering services, including delivering meals to clients and managing client relationships.
  • Assist cooks in preparing food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and maintain stations, practicing good safety and sanitation.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in receiving and distributing deliveries.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance, punctuality, and proper notification to the Executive Chef.
  • Assist in pantry organization.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license required and ability to maintain active car insurance.
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adhere to Community First Solutions, County Combined Health District, and Ohio Department of Health policies, procedures, codes, rules, and regulations on cleanliness and sanitation.
