Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize safety while driving, contributing to the secure and efficient delivery of customers' dream homes alongside our team daily.
  • Support leadership in strategizing optimal routes and maneuvering around obstacles such as utility poles.
  • Assist with various site preparations for homes, including tree trimming, relocating obstacles, and identifying potential issues.
  • Develop expertise in operating job site equipment, including house tugs and other specialized machinery.
  • Play a crucial role in fulfilling families' dreams by delivering their homes.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Possesses a clean driving record with minimal infractions, particularly regarding speeding and device usage.
  • Enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn new skills.
  • Capable of climbing ladders, crawling under structures, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willing to obtain a Class F endorsement and a DOT medical card.
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Experience with various machinery and a quick learning ability for new equipment is advantageous.
