GardaWorld Security Services is in search of a Regional Recruiter to spearhead strategic talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, attract, and recruit exceptional talent for GardaWorld Security Services branches within the designated market.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to devise effective strategies for sourcing top candidates and address ongoing hiring requirements.
3. Employ best-in-class recruitment methodologies, including cold-calling, online searches, database exploration, social media outreach, and other innovative techniques to secure the most suitable candidates for each role.
4. Work alongside the Regional Talent Leader to formulate and implement recruitment strategies for critical roles and establish pre-qualified talent pools.
5. Efficiently manage and monitor candidates through the applicant tracking system, IBM Kenexa Brassring.
6. Exhibit exemplary customer service skills and conduct towards internal clients, external partners, colleagues, and candidates.
7. Collect and analyze competitive data, industry trends, and labor market insights to inform effective hiring practices.
8. Undertake additional sourcing, recruitment, marketing, and retention initiatives as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in staffing or high-volume recruitment is mandatory.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
3. Must successfully pass a comprehensive screening process.
