Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive emergency medical services in a low-volume environment.
- Manage patient care efficiently, typically seeing between 16-20 patients during a 48-hour shift.
- Participate in a flexible scheduling model, with a commitment of 4 to 7 shifts per month.
- Utilize available resources such as the Avera Tele ER for enhanced patient management.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Board certification in ABEM or relevant experience in Family Medicine with a focus on emergency care.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative team environment.
This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including participation in the IPERS retirement plan.
