The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing opening and closing procedures such as balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom
  • Following company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all our associates and customers
  • Positively resolving customer service-related issues as they arise and determining a resolution or escalating further, communicating all issues and resolutions to Store Management

Requirements include:

  • 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates
