Aerospace Quality Management Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Aerospace Quality Management Specialist to join our team at Israel Aerospace Industries. This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to contribute to the success of our organization.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and participating in audits and assessments. They will also be responsible for developing training programs to enhance quality awareness and processes, and managing suppliers' performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: The successful candidate will develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, including AS9100 and NADCAP.
- Participate in Audits and Assessments: They will participate in audits and assessments, ensuring that our quality management systems are effective and compliant.
- Develop Training Programs: The candidate will develop training programs to enhance quality awareness and processes, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining high-quality products.
To be considered for this role, you should have a B.S. in Engineering or a related field, with demonstrated experience in a similar position at an advanced level, preferably in aerospace and defense industries. You should also have experience working in conformance to ISO quality management certifications, including AS9100 and NADCAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Estimated Salary Range:$90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
