Position Details:

This is a full-time role with participation in the General Surgery call rotation (1:4). You will join an established practice with one Bariatric Surgeon and two Nurse Practitioners. Experience a boutique surgical environment with exceptional nursing support, ensuring a positive patient experience.

You will be replacing a physician in a large market, offering a balanced work/life dynamic.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on MGMA standards plus productivity incentives
- Sign-on bonus of $25,000
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
- Student loan repayment options up to $20,000 annually
- Paid Time Off (4 weeks) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $5,000 and 5 days
