IT Service Escalation Engineer Position

About the Job
In this critical role, you will serve as a Tier 3 resource for escalated service issues and be the main driver for monitoring and automated alerting systems. Your primary focus will be on client-facing issues while being aware of proactive work that may increase overall quality of service.
You will sit between service desk technicians and system engineers, receiving technical escalation tickets, prioritizing client experiences, and responding to critical alerts. Your expertise in hardware, networking, and application issues will ensure seamless support for users via phone, email, remote or onsite.
This position involves collaborative work with team members to prioritize critical issues, manage client expectations, and provide excellent customer service.
**Physical Requirements:** Must be able to climb ladders for projects and lift items required for client support and projects.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
