Job Summary

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a CT Scan Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients for optimal image capture and ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a CT Scan Specialist or Radiology Technologist
  • GE and PACS equipment experience required
  • Siemens, 256 slice, 64 slice, and 20 slice Somotoms machine experience
  • BLS certification
  • ARRT certification
  • LSRT certification (will accept a temporary LSRT)
  • Trauma Level II experience preferred
  • Trauma Level I experience preferred
  • LTAC experience preferred
  • Community Hospital experience preferred
  • Teaching Hospital experience preferred
